[Radeon HD 5450] Euro TRUCK simulator 2 GAMEPLAY

This is the GAME-PLAY of the latest patch (2.1.11.1) of Euro Truck Simulator on ATI/AMD radeon HD 5450.
In this i have included the GAME-PLAY at high and also ULTRA settings(even though it lags a little @ultra set).
